Fairly quiet in West Vancouver today. 5 new listings and only 1 sale in Ambleside. 2 price reductions.
North Van does it again. More sales reported today than listings. 12 sales, 10 listings and 4 price reductions. Another Deep Cove waterfront home listed over 2 million was one of the sales.
West Vancouver reported 7 new listings today with only 1 sale and 4 price reductions. The lonely sale was out in Whitecliff near Horseshoe Bay.
Today the ratio is 2:1 listings to sales. 21 new listings reported with 9 sales and 5 price reductions. At this point there is no real trend.
8 homes reported as listed today with 5 sales and 2 price reductions. Houses are selling in all price ranges from multi millions to smaller apartments. Now is definitely the time to sell if you thinking of it this year.
Huge numbers of sales today. 28 sales reported and 21 new listings with only 4 price reductions. Sales cover all areas from Deep Cove to Edgemont and Capilano and include houses, townhouses and apartments. Its spring time and the buyers are out there. Hurry if you want to sell.
A different ratio today. 12 new listings reported with quite a few in Ambleside. Only 2 sales reported and 6 price reductions. April still continues to be the best market so far this year and historically spring has been by far the busiest time in real estate.
Activity after the weekend. 21 new listings, 9 sales including a Deep Cove waterfront home for over 2 million and 8 price reductions. This is still a relatively good time to list your home if you want to sell this year. Spring is and always has been the best time to sell.

West Vancouver 5 listings and 7 sales. In North Vancouver it is 12 listings and 15 sales. Ambleside and Dundarave are looking good, as is the Boulevard and Central Londale area.
