West Vancouver homes, sales and price reductions 24 April 2009

A different ratio today.  12 new listings reported with quite a few in Ambleside.  Only 2 sales reported and 6 price reductions.  April still continues to be the best market so far this year and historically spring has been by far the busiest time in real estate.
