Once again sales outstrip listings in West Vancouver and North Vancouver. The count for 24 April 2009 is;
West Vancouver 5 listings and 7 sales. In North Vancouver it is 12 listings and 15 sales. Ambleside and Dundarave are looking good, as is the Boulevard and Central Londale area.
As realtors we are seeing increase activity. Historically the spring market has always been the best for selling. 24 years of experience confirms this. If you are wanting to sell a property this year, now is probably your best opportunity. Historically summer and winter are the slowest months with fall a distant second to spring.
