North Vancouver listings,sales and price reductions 24 April 2009

Activity after the weekend.  21 new listings, 9 sales including a Deep Cove waterfront home for over 2 million and 8 price reductions.  This is still a relatively good time to list your home if you want to sell this year.  Spring is and always has been the best time to sell.
