I have just sold a lovely half duplex in Horseshoe Bay.  There were 5 offers presented however I was able to get my clients offer accepted.   It was listed at $579,000 and featured a 2 bedroom suite making it one of the least expensive options of owning a West Vancouver home. 

Only 2 new listings today with 4 sales and 5 price reductions.  Sales were in lower Caulfield, Dundarave and Ambleside.

13 new listings and 12 sales reported today.  Only 5 price reductions.  Activity is brisk and this spring market is looking good.

50/50 today!  7 sales and 7 listings with only 5 price reductions.  Sales were in Ambleside, Dundarave and the British Properties.

Lots of listings compared with sales.  14 new listings, 5 sales and 4 price reductions.

Once again more sales than listings.  20 sales to 19 listings today.  Only 5 price reductions. 

Lots of listings today.  35 in total but 10 are a new development on Whiteley Crt and E27th. in Lynn Valley.  There were 14 sales and 7 price reductions.    North Van is outselling West Van 7:1.  It should only be between 3-4:1.  The market is definitely being influenced by first time buyers.
